45 Series Pivot Joint - 45x90 with Handle

Features: 

• Metric profile connector

• Used for 45mm x 90mm profile with a 10mm T-slot

• Allows the fastening of two pieces of strut at a various angles - 182° DoF

• Handle allows for locking desired position

• There are three types of mounting hardware (Hardware Sold Separately):
  • "End-to-End" - Pivot Joint mounts to the ends of two connecting profiles.
  • "End-to-Side" - Pivot Joint mounts to the end of first profile and mounts to the side (T-slot) on the second profile
  • "Side-to-Side" - Pivot Joint mounts to the sides (T-slots) of the connecting profiles

Machining Requirements:

• Mounting profile requires:
  • "End-to-End" - Insertion of two Threaded Inserts (TI10)
  • "Side-to-Side" - No machining required

• Mating profile requires:
  • "End-to-End - Insertion of two Threaded Inserts (TI10)
  • "Side-to-Side" - No machining required

Hardware Needed:

• "End-to-End":
  • (4) M8 x 30mm Socket Head Cap Screw

• "End-to-Side":
  • (2) M8 x 30mm Socket Head Cap Screw
  • (2) M8 x 16mm Socket Head Cap Screw
  • (2) TN10M8 - T-nut for 10mm T-slot with M8 Thread
• "Side-to-Side":
  • (4) M8 x 16mm Socket Head Cap Screw
  • (4) TN10M8 - T-nut for 10mm T-slot with M8 Thread

Tools Required:

• 6mm Hex wrench (Allen Key)
